We are looking for a young, well-presented and friendly female to join our team immediately. Your main purpose will be to represent the company and act as first point of of contact dealing with any enquiries and providing administrative support to the office.


Salary: R6500 - R9000 Negotiable

  • Receptionist 

  • Office Oversight - Ordering Stationery/Flowers/Supplies

  • Managing Diaries of two key Executives

  • Preparing Monthly Client Appointments

  • Email / Microsoft Outlook Proficiency essential

  • Receiving Clients at Reception

  • Performing Sundry activities

  • Preparing Boardroom for Meetings/Presentations

  • Preparing and Processing paperwork/forms

  • Administrative Functions

Candidate should display the following Skills:

  • Strong Computer Literacy Skills (especially Excel / Outlook)

  • High intelligence is crucial

  • Well spoken and confident personality

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent Telephone Skills

  • A peoples' person, extroverted and capable of being a good brand ambassador

  • Pleasant and Friendly

  • Hardworking

Candidates with the following experience will be favored:

  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate Degree
